Right to Objection

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
You can exercise this right if you have compelling reasons why the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data is lacking. The right to objection allows you to challenge how your personal data is processed—especially when that processing is based on CERN's legitimate interests.

An objection may be in relation to all of the personal data the Controlling Service holds about you or only to certain information. It may also only relate to a particular purpose the data is processed for.
